You are not
finished becoming.

You mentioned not having a window, not even a house right now. That image stayed with me.

What if this next chapter begins there? Not with asking more of yourself, but with building the foundation. Creating a steadier place within yourself to feel, to choose, to protect what matters and to begin moving forward again.

A home within yourself. One we can build with care, from the foundation up.

01 / A letter from me to you

Dear
Gabrielle,

When we spoke, you told me something I haven't forgotten: “My biggest hesitation is telling people because I don't know if they can hold hearing that much stuff.”

I want you to know that I heard more than a collection of difficult experiences. I heard a woman with a remarkable history of creating opportunities, a deep sense of faith, a gift for building things that serve people and a clear awareness that something about this season feels different.

I heard the trader who knows she can make money but wants to understand why she sometimes makes decisions that work against her. I heard the visionary who has created real impact but finds herself unable to move when it's time to share what she's been given. And I heard a mother who is trying to make room for her own grief while showing up for her son.

I'm not interested in asking you to become a different person because your story is too much. I'm interested in helping you understand what is happening between what you know you can do and what you can consistently access right now.

There may be several reasons for that gap. We don't have to decide what they are before we've done the work of listening, observing and understanding.

What I see is not a woman without potential. I see a woman who deserves support that makes room for all of her.

xo. Kailani
02 / What I heard beneath your words

Four parts of your life.
One whole woman.

You didn't describe four separate problems. You described different places where your experience, your responsibilities and your hopes are meeting each other.

01 · The trader

“Why am I creating this hole for this money to leak out?”

You described a $20,000 winning day followed by giving back $8,000, and moments when you entered trades you knew weren't good decisions. You aren't asking whether you can trade. You're asking what happens between knowing and doing.

What if the next skill isn't finding another setup, but learning to recognize the moment you're about to abandon the one you trust?
02 · The visionary

“I get these really vivid visions and downloads… I freeze.”

You described years of meaningful work: youth programming, securing support for initiatives, creating vocational opportunities and building a beekeeping school in Ghana. And yet, when you try to speak about what you're called to do next, something stops you.

What if your next season of impact begins with learning how to move from vision to one visible, sustainable action?
03 · The mother

“I'm trying to open up space for my grief… so I can actually hold space for my son.”

As the first anniversary of his father's death approaches, you are thinking not only about your own experience but about what this season means for your son, especially with his birthday so close to that loss. Your desire to support him was present throughout our conversation.

What if caring for your own capacity could give you more choices in how you show up for him, without requiring you to be untouched by grief?
04 · The woman of faith

“There's something about when I'm like, ‘I'm a believer,’ that just makes me want to start crying.”

Even when you described feeling emotionally numb, your faith was something you could still connect with. I heard hope, gratitude and a desire to live in alignment with the work you believe you've been called to do.

What if your faith becomes an anchor for the way you practice new decisions, rather than another standard you feel you must live up to?

These are reflections from our conversation, not diagnoses or conclusions about the causes of your experiences.

03 / The distinction that changes the conversation

Capability
is not the same as capacity.

Your capability includes the skills, gifts, knowledge and experience you've already demonstrated. Your capacity is what you can access, sustain and support in the season you're actually living through.

Identity matters here. The beliefs you hold about who you are, what is safe, what is expected of you and what happens when you succeed or become visible can influence the decisions you make. So can stress, grief, health, energy and the support available to you.

That means we don't begin by assuming you lack discipline or that every difficult pattern comes from trauma. We begin by getting curious about what happens in real moments.

This is a coaching lens, not a clinical measurement. Capacity can change from day to day and may require medical or therapeutic support as well as coaching.

04 / Beyond what you want to stop

But what becomes possible
on the other side?

This is the part I want you to see clearly. The purpose isn't simply to stop a pattern. It's to make more room for the life you want to participate in.

In trading · What you described

When a loss happens, feeling yourself go numb instead of protecting what remains.

You described moments when a trade moves against you and it can feel easier to freeze, disconnect or let the loss continue than to respond. This isn't simply about knowing the right trading decision. It's about what happens inside you when loss feels familiar.

What we can work toward

Becoming a woman who knows she can protect what matters.

Imagine recognizing that moment of numbness while there is still a choice to make. Feeling more able to stay present, honor your risk boundaries and close a position to protect your capital, even when accepting a smaller loss feels uncomfortable. Not because every trade will go your way, but because a loss doesn't have to mean surrendering what remains. And as you practice responding rather than shutting down in trading, we can explore what it means to bring that same sense of agency and self-protection into the rest of your life: your boundaries, your needs and the safety of who you are. The goal is greater steadiness and intentional risk management, not guaranteed trading outcomes.

In visibility · What you described

Receiving the vision, then feeling unable to share it.

The gap between your ideas and your expression keeps work you care about from moving forward.

What we can work toward

Becoming a woman who allows her work to be seen.

Imagine capturing an idea without needing to perfect it. Speaking one clear message on camera. Sharing the next chapter of Love Up or your other initiatives in your own voice. Inviting people to participate in the work you care about. Not becoming someone who never feels fear, but someone who can take meaningful steps without waiting for fear to disappear.

In motherhood · What you described

Wanting to make space for your son while carrying your own experience.

You are thinking about how to support him through an anniversary that will always sit close to his birthday.

What we can work toward

Becoming more present without having to be perfectly okay.

Imagine having a way to notice when you need rest, support or a pause. Feeling more able to choose how you respond in a difficult moment. Creating room for a conversation, a memory or a birthday tradition with your son, while letting your own grief have its rightful place. Your son's care and your trauma treatment remain with the appropriate professionals; our work supports the choices and practices within your own daily life.

In identity and faith · What you described

Knowing you're called to more, while feeling disconnected from yourself.

You described numbness alongside a powerful connection to your faith and your sense of purpose.

What we can work toward

Living with more alignment between what you believe and how you move.

Imagine being able to recognize your needs without interpreting them as failure. Making a decision from your values rather than urgency. Returning to work that matters to you in a way your present life can actually support. Being a woman of impact without making constant output the proof of your worth.

The larger possibility
Not a life where nothing difficult happens. A life in which difficult moments don't have to make every decision for you.

These are directions we can intentionally practice toward, not promised outcomes or a timeline for healing.

05 / How we create room for change

The Trinity of
Transformation.

We won't ask you to force your way into a new identity. We build from what is true now, and we use your real life as the place where the work becomes practical.

01

RESET

The body · Building steadiness

We start by noticing your current state and identifying supports that are realistic for you. What happens before a reactive trade? What signals tell you a visibility task is becoming too much? What helps you return to a steadier place?

So that: You have more opportunities to pause, recognize what you need and make a deliberate next decision.

02

RESTORE

The spirit · Reconnecting with identity

We explore the stories and expectations that may shape how you relate to money, success, responsibility, visibility and your calling. Your faith and values help orient the work without treating spiritual practice as a substitute for care.

So that: You can make choices that reflect who you want to be, rather than only responding to pressure or old expectations.

03

RENEW

The mind · Rehearsing new responses

Through reflection, appropriately selected hypnosis, practical exercises and repeated action, we practice the responses you want to access in everyday moments: closing a trade, pressing publish, asking for help or choosing rest.

So that: Insight begins to show up as observable changes in how you move through your life.

The framework is a guide, not a rigid sequence. We adapt the pace and practices to your readiness and any concurrent care.

06 / A six-month experience

Enough room to notice.
To practice. To integrate.

I recommend six months not because I can tell you exactly when change will happen, but because meaningful new patterns deserve room for observation, repetition and adjustment.

01Listen, assess readiness and establish supports
02Recognize patterns in real situations
03Explore identity, beliefs and values
04Practice new responses with support
05Apply tools to trading and visibility
06Reflect, integrate and plan what comes next

Illustrative progression. The order, focus and intensity will be personalized.

07 / The private experience

Not another program
to keep up with.
A partnership built around you.

Personal conversation

Two private sessions each month

Approximately 12 conversations across six months to reflect on what is happening, identify patterns, celebrate evidence of change and decide what comes next.

Subconscious practice

Personalized weekly audio guidance

Hypnosis recordings and other audio practices selected or created around your current work, with repetition where helpful and appropriateness assessed before use.

Your own resource space

A bespoke private portal

A home for your exercises, reflection prompts, EFT tapping where appropriate, grounding tools, trading decision reflections, visibility practices and session resources.

Real-life integration

Between-session messaging

WhatsApp or text support to share observations, ask coaching questions and navigate everyday implementation, within agreed availability and response windows.

One woman. A thoughtfully connected circle of support.

You shared that you want a holistic approach, and I love that intention. I don't see the different methodologies and forms of care you're exploring as separate pieces you have to manage alone. I see an opportunity to create a thoughtful, complementary support system around you, with each practitioner bringing their own expertise to the same larger intention: supporting you as a whole woman.

Your EMDR therapist may focus on trauma treatment. Other practitioners, including bodywork or trauma-informed massage professionals, may support different aspects of your well-being. Our private work would focus on identity, capacity, subconscious patterns and practicing intentional decisions in the life you're building. With your permission, we can stay aware of the goals and practices you're pursuing elsewhere, adjust our pace and communicate with your providers where appropriate, so the work feels coordinated rather than competing.

That doesn't mean every approach must happen at once or that each provider does the same work. It means we're intentional about how the pieces fit together, respecting each professional's scope and your own readiness. Before introducing hypnosis or somatic practices, we'd also review their suitability in light of the brain injury and symptoms you described. Support for your son remains his own care journey, while our work makes room for your experience as his mother.

08 / Your private invitation

Gabrielle,
there is room for more.

More intentional decisions. More space for your voice. More permission to be a mother, a believer and a woman with a calling without asking yourself to carry every part of life alone.

My recommendation is a six-month private coaching partnership, tailored to your priorities and paced with care. We'd begin with an intake and readiness conversation, review progress along the way and decide together what continuing support, if any, makes sense afterward.

Because what you're envisioning reaches across trading, your voice and visibility, motherhood, faith and the work you feel called to do, I want us to have space not only to recognize patterns but to practice and integrate different ways of responding in your actual life.

A note on the other ways we could work together

Different seasons call for different kinds of support.

There are two other private containers available. I want you to know they exist, even as I believe six months is the strongest fit for what you shared.

Three-month private container

Focused work on one priority.

A more concentrated partnership for a particular pattern, decision-making challenge or area of growth. Not an accelerated version of six months, but a deliberately narrower scope with room to work meaningfully on what matters most right now.

Twelve-month private container

Room for a longer season.

For someone who already knows she wants a full year of partnership, or who reaches the end of an initial container and wants to continue. We can discuss a twelve-month commitment or renewal together if that becomes the right next step.

The three- and twelve-month experiences are available by conversation; their scope and investment are discussed separately. My recommendation for you remains the six-month container because it offers a meaningful balance of depth, consistency and room to integrate across the different parts of your life.

09 / Before you decide

Start with
understanding.

One of the most useful questions we can begin with is this: What is my current capacity, and what might be influencing it?

My Capacity Assessment is a short self-reflection experience that can help you notice how you respond to pressure, growth and opportunity. It's not a diagnosis, a measure of your worth or a label for who you are.

Whether or not we work together, I'd love for you to explore it and see what resonates. You'll also receive access to Rooted, a sample guided audio experience, so you can get a feel for one of the ways we might work together before making any decision.
